By accessing or using any part of the live51 platform at live51.co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
1.1 Your access to and use of the live51 platform — including the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Mix Parlay, E-Sports, and all associated services — is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the live51 platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. Accessing the platform through a mobile browser, a desktop browser, or any other means does not alter or diminish the applicability of these Terms.
1.3 live51 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the live51 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on live51. This age restriction is strictly enforced.
2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that:
2.3 live51 may require you to submit documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on live51. The opening, operation, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under internationally recognised gaming authority guidelines, live51 will require you to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents typically include a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). live51 may also request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
3.4 KYC verification may be required at any point — not only at the time of withdrawal — and live51 reserves the right to restrict account functionality pending completion of verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your live51 account credentials, including your username and password. live51 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account.
4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify live51 of any suspected unauthorised access.
4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact live51 support immediately via live chat. live51 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 live51 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communications channel. Any communication purporting to be from live51 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
5.1 All financial transactions on live51 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). live51 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency payments.
5.2 Approved deposit methods include FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at live51's discretion.
5.3 Deposits made through third-party accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. live51 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where the funding source does not match the registered account holder's details.
5.4 live51 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond live51's control.
5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted at live51's discretion.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method and account name that match your live51 registered details. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending the provision and review of required documentation.
6.3 live51 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times are subject to the payment provider's own timelines and may vary. live51 is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing schedules.
6.4 live51 reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. These checks may result in temporary delays. live51 will notify you if additional information is required to complete a withdrawal review.
6.5 Any deposit made to the account that is found to have been funded through fraudulent, charged-back, or reversed transactions may result in the corresponding withdrawal being refused and the account being suspended pending investigation.
7.1 live51 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to registered members from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual terms and conditions that will be displayed in full at the point of opt-in. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.
7.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering, and expiry periods will all be stated in the individual bonus terms.
7.3 live51 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that where a bonus has already been claimed by a member and is actively being wagered, the terms applicable at the time of claim will continue to apply for that member's current bonus cycle.
7.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or other forms of bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. live51 may void bonus winnings, reclaim bonus funds, and/or close accounts where such conduct is detected.
8.1 All bets placed on live51 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Mix Parlay, or E-Sports). These rules are available within each product section of the platform.
8.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the live51 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. A bet is confirmed when the member receives an on-screen confirmation of the accepted wager.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, live51 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake at its sole discretion. live51 will notify affected members of any such voiding.
8.4 Maximum bet limits apply across all product categories. These limits are displayed in the relevant product interface. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits may be reduced to the maximum permitted amount at live51's discretion.
8.5 For Sportsbook markets, live51 applies standard Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and other market rules as published in the Sportsbook rules section. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the official result from the governing sports body, the official result shall prevail.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on live51 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the live51 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of live51 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the live51 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, live51 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to: losses resulting from betting or gaming activities, technical failures, unauthorised access to your account, or reliance on any content displayed on the platform.
11.2 live51 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond live51's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. live51 will make reasonable efforts to minimise any downtime and to notify members in advance of planned maintenance where practicable.
11.3 live51's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to their live51 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 live51 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help members manage their gaming activity.
12.2 All live51 members are encouraged to set deposit and betting limits through their account settings. Self-exclusion requests may be made by contacting the live51 support team at any time. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, live51 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded member from accessing gaming services.
12.3 By using live51, you acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results. live51 strongly encourages members to treat gambling as entertainment, to set and adhere to personal budgets, and to seek help if gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm.

13.1 live51 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a member has breached any provision of these Terms; a member is found to have provided false information; fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; or live51 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
13.2 In the event of account closure due to member breach of these Terms, live51 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is substantiated, live51 may forfeit the account balance in accordance with the specific terms applicable to the relevant breach.
13.3 You may request the closure of your live51 account at any time by contacting the support team. Where your account holds a verified positive balance and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations, live51 will process the balance withdrawal prior to closing the account.
14.1 live51 may amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, live51 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing live51's licensing jurisdiction and international gaming authority guidelines under which the platform operates.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, live51's customer support team should be contacted in the first instance. live51 is committed to resolving member disputes fairly and transparently, with written records maintained for all formal dispute submissions.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through live51's internal dispute resolution process, the member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction live51 operates.
